DESCRIPTION:  

Positivity Through Poetry!  We craft Individualized Poems for each Person to Highlight their Soul, Kindness, and Wonder.  Most of all, to Remind Them they are a Beautiful and an Important Part of this World! 
Add Custom Paper with your Monogram or Event Logo, for an impression that will linger on Mirrors, Refrigerators, and Cork Boards for Days, Months, and even Years to come! 
 A poet at a typewriter interviews your guests to create one-of-a-kind poems that will last a lifetime  we usually recommend 2 or 3 Poet Typers min for a large event crowd. 

POET REQUIREMENTS

•	Call Time must not be more than 1-Hour before Poets' Booking begins.  The Poets can come Early for an Additional Fee.
•	The Poets must be released within 15-Minutes of their End Time or Overtime will be Charged.
•	Poets require a 15-Minute Break every 2-Hours.
•	Poets require a Green Room for their Breaks.
•	Poets require Water, Drinks, and Light Snacks.  
•	For Events that hit or are over 4-Hours, we require a Hot Meal to be Provided for the Poets (Not Sandwiches).  At 4-Hours we automatically include this Meal in our Quotes at a Rate of 50 PER POET.  If you or your Clients prefer to handle Catering, please let us know and we will alter our Quote to reflect this!  
•	Parking Validation or Reimbursement is Required for all Poets and Supervisor Onsite at the Event.  We automatically include Parking in our Quotes, if you or your Clients are handling Parking, please let us know and we will alter our Quote to reflect this!  

LOCATION REQUIREMENTS
•	Poets require a Well Lit Area in which to perform.
•	Poets require a Stable Sitting Table that should be approximately 28-Inches Tall.  Tabletop needs to be 24-Inches x 24-Inches or Bigger PER POET.
•	Poets require 3 Chairs PER POET (1 for Poet, 2 for the Guests).
•	Poets require 1 Small Waste Basket PER POET for Scrap Paper.

SUGGESTED NUMBER OF POETS
•	Depending on the Guest Count (and how many Entertainment Activations you have at your Event), we usually recommend having 2-5 Poets to Make sure everyone gets to have the Experience.  
•	Each Poet can process approximately 13-15 Poems per 3-Hour Booking (w/ their Breaks).  To allow more people to access our Experiences we always encourage Couples/Friends/Colleagues to get a Poem together (hence our requirement of 3 Chairs Per Table, 1 for the Poet and 2 for the Guests).  Another option is to have the Poets write shorter 3-Line Poems for a quicker processing time

PAPER POSSIBILITIES
•	Plain Typewriter Paper will be included in the Cost of the Price of the Poets. 
•	If Custom/Branded/Watermarked Paper is desired, we suggest going through Please let us know so we can show you the different options we can supply.  This avoids Sizing Issues, Ink Smears, and Paper not fitting through the Typewriter Roller.  Orders must be made at least 2-Weeks before the Event and must be PAID-IN-FULL.  If ordering less than 2-Weeks before the Event, a RUSH FEE will be Added.
•	The Cost of 100 Sheets of Custom Paper is 175 (Enough for 2 Poets).  This price includes Layout, Coordinating, Printing, Sizing, and Postage to said Location.
