Scotch Expert John Lansford
Mr. Landsford is of English decent and is well educated when it comes to Fine spirits as he is a hobbyist and collector of quality Scotch and fine Champagne and has attended several classes with Southern Nevada Wine and Spirits and had the honor to attend study under the Mr. Carmer. Want to know more about appreciating your single malts and deluxe blends?Guests are informed about the differences in characteristics between whiskies from the Highlands and Islands. Our Scotch host has studied Scotch Whiskey in Edinburgh Scotland and now assists with corporate events where he teaches guests about the many different options.Guests will Experience the varying aromas and whether you like fruity, sweet or smoky flavor.
Tequila Master
Our Tequila Master has several years of Tequila & Mexican regional food experience and was trained in Mexico City under the watchful eye of The Hacienda de Los Morales chef master. Where he was responsible for VIP private dinners to include dignitary and political private events. He has toured extensively major tequila distilleries ranging from Patron, Cazadores, Sauza, Jose Cuervo, Jimador and Corralejo just to name a few as a part of his required training.For most Americans, tequila is that Mexican liquor you mix with your margarita. For the more knowledgeable, it is the distilled juices of a blue agave plant produced specifically in Jalisco and a select few adjacent regions. But for tequila experts Mexico’s celebrated drink is the window into his roots, heritage and the history. Enjoy the history and details behind each particular brand of Tequila.Tequila ClassificationsTequila classification is the most complex variable in holding a tasting event. There are five Tequila classifications - Blanco, Joven, Reposado, Anejo and Extra Anejo. Blanco Tequila, also known as white, silver or crystal, is tequila is bottled after distillation without alterations. Joven Tequila is usually a white mixto Tequila. Joven Gold or Oro is Joven white with the addition of color and flavoring. Reposado Tequila is aged in oak casks for two to twelve months. Anejo Tequila is aged in oak casks for one to three years. Extra Anejo tequila is aged in oak casks for more than three years

Optional Wine or Beer Challenge Games
A new unique and different entertaining activity. It makes a great conversation starter and an awesome icebreaker. Participants dip their hand in warm, soothing wax and after several dippings, a mold is formed and removed. Color is then added to the hand sculpture by dipping the form into the colored wax of your choice. There are numerous color combinations to choose from. For this event we recommend more than one station to handle the amount of guests up to 4 hrs
