TECH RIDER

Any changes to the below items must be discussed no less than 2 weeks prior to showtime, as to ensure best possible show. Act will provide the following: 1. 3’ x 3’ black light sand table 2. Sand artist 3. Camera and mount 4. * Black lights and stands 5. * Vocal looping artist DJ * For the Neon application of the act - these specific provisions must be confirmed in advance. Act will require the following: 1) VIDEO MONITOR SCREEN or PROJECTION UNIT The Quicksand is an immersive experience where audience members view the imagery being created. 1. 2. 3. 4. Approx 60 minutes set up/install and approx 30 minutes for sound check Monitor, screen, or projector to display live show All cabling needed to connect the camera to the screen Power source for sand table and looping table 2) AUDIO and PLAYBACK: - Professional grade PA system is required for musical playback and/or backing score - adequate PA system to be provided, with mic line and monitoring. - A/V technical call to be scheduled no less than 2 weeks prior to show to confirm technical needs. 3) STAGING: - Approximately 10’ x 10’ raised stage, which shall be sturdy and reinforced. - Sightline of monitor or screen should remain unobstructed by staging, to allow view for audience. 4) GREEN ROOM: The Quicksand will require adequate dressing room space with full mirror, outlets, wardrobe hanging space, reasonable seating and access to nearby restroom facilities. 5) CATERING: The Quicksand will require bottled water. For any events exceeding 4 hours, food options will be necessary, via snacks, vouchers or, if event is catered, access to plated food. 6) CALL TIMES: The Quicksand will require the following call times to be given prior to the show: 30 minutes, 15 minutes, 5 minutes, and Places.
